摘要 高职汽车类专业学生学习的一个重要阶段就是顶岗实习, 在这关键的阶段, 学生完成了由“学习
者”向“工作者”的角色过渡。本文从目前学生顶岗实习常见问题情况的研究和分析, 提出三方协作、
“6S 管理”等相应的解决方法及措施,提高学生顶岗实习的效果,为学生下一步就业提供保障。

Abstract: One of the very important education link for automotive majors is their internship in the process of
which the students transform from“learners”into“workers”.In this paper,the author analyzed the problems in
the in-post practice and provided solutions and measures like“6S management”which helped to improve the
effect of practice and guarantee their future employment.
