浅谈建设服务型大学生管模式的工作思路

摘要随着高等教育事业的快速发展，从管理向服务转变已然成为高校内服务体系建设的必然趋势，特
别是大学生管理观念必然要随之发生转变。大学生管理的针对性和实效性推动着大学生管理职能的转
变，即从以“管理”为目的到以“服务”为宗旨的转变。本文主要从大学生管理模式转变的理念、模式、机
制及手段等几方面，浅谈建设服务型大学生管理模式的工作思路。

Abstract: With the rapid development of education， the change from management to service has become the
inevitable trend of service system construction in universities．The management concept of college students must
change accordingly．The pertinence and effectiveness of college student management drive the transformation of
college students’management function，that is to change from the purpose of“management”to the purpose of
“service ”． In this paper， the author mainly discusses the idea， mode， mechanism and means of the
transformation of college students’management mode．
