摘要 终身体育教育理念下, 根据我国高校体育教育教学特点和规律, 借鉴国内外其他院校的改革经
验,经过近几年的不断探索和实践研究,我们认为: 新时代高校体育不应片面追求学生体质的增强和运
动知识、技能的传授,而应积极回归育人的本质,通过构建实施技能传授、能力培养和人格养成三位一体
的学生导师制新教学模式,使高校体育成为既有效增强学生体质,又使学生的生理、心理、人格全面健康
发展的“系统育人”的教育教学过程。

Abstract: Based on the teaching features and regularities of Chinese college PE, and the reform experiences
from oversea institutions of higher learning institutions under lifetime PE notion, we come to know from the
latest years of consistent exploration and practice that the college physical education in the new era should not
pursue the enhancement of body building,the teaching of sport knowledge and skills,but return to the nature of
cultivating people.Through the construction and implementation of skill teaching,competence development and
personality nurture,the new teaching mode of the student tutorial system is expected to promote students’body
building and their physiological, psychological and personality well-being comprehensively in the process of
“systematic education”.
