摘要 针对当前巧克力 3D 打印机连续送料难、打印精度低等问题,对现有的各类巧克力 3D 打印技术进
行研究,改善了巧克力 3D 打印机的机械结构, 设计出一款具有连续供料装置的高精度巧克力 3D 打印
机.打印机采用笛卡尔坐标系控制打印喷头的运动,以提高打印精度.此外, 采用旋转螺杆代替传统活塞
进行送料以保证打印的连续性,并在供料箱和打印喷嘴处设置加热装置用以控制巧克力温度.
Abstract: The chocolate 3D printing technology has been researched in this paper.We focus on the chocolate
continue filling and the printing accuracy,a high-precision chocolate 3D printer with continue filling system has
been designed.The Descartes coordinates system was applied in the injector controlling to improve the printing
accuracy.Moreover, a rolling screw was used instead of the piston in the extruding system to the keep the
continuous printing, and the heating system was added to the injector and the feeding box to control the
temperature of the chocolate.
