摘要 以社会人才需求与职业驱动为导向, 对普通工科院校药学专业的应用型药学人才培养模式采用
文献研究法、行动研究法和经验总结法进行初探。工科高等药学教育与社会需求与职业驱动相结合, 把
药学类专业职业意识融入社会需求,构建药学类专业人才培养模式,提高人才培养的质量。

Abstract: Based on the needs for social talents and recruitment drives, this paper summarized the training
mode of applied pharmaceutical talents in ordinary engineering colleges by means of literature research,action
research and experience summarization methods.The combination of higher pharmaceutical education and social
demand and occupation drives is beneficial to the establishment of the training mode of pharmaceutical talents
and the improvement of the quality of the talents training.
