Abstract: As an important supplement to the first classroom, the extracurricular activities of mental health education play an indispensable role. By analyzing the present situation of the extracurricular activities of mental health education, this paper explores the construction path with the following five research objectives: faculty team, teaching design, organizational structure, evaluation system, and cooperation among families, schools and enterprises, so as to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education.
